Our 1handLid products all have one thing in common: they are easy to use, sustainable, practical, and leak-proof.
Our 1handLids can be used in many different areas and are developed and designed individually in collaboration with you.
These patented closure systems generally use two different types of plastic (usually thermoplastics) with different degrees of hardness. The softer plastic is usually a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The hard component that forms the basic shape of the lid can be made from various thermoplastics (ABS, PP, PE, PA, etc.).
The size of the lid and the jar can be customized. The shape and color can also be freely determined within the scope of the requirements for tightness and material. Your logo can be easily integrated.
There are two types of 1handLid closure systems. The first extends over the outer edge of the container and closes there. This system is available in a classic (1handLid Basic Design) and a bistable (1handLid with click-clack function) version.
The second system, which seals the inside of the jar, box, can, etc., is our Inner Cover (1handLid Inner Cover).

1handLid Basic Design
Classic 1handLid
This lid is already being used with great success in the food industry.
By placing the lid on the container and then pressing down on its center, it locks into place on the rim of the container and seals it.
To reopen the container, press down on the center of the lid. This increases its circumference, making the lid easy to remove.
1handLid with click-clack function
Bistable function
The lid is placed on the container in the open position and then pressed together at the outer edge. This closes it automatically and seals the container. To open it again, press the center of the lid and it will open automatically.

Bistable function
The crucible, box, or container is characterized by an internal sealing groove.
The lid is inserted into the container opening in its original state. By applying light pressure to the center of the lid, it switches to its second state with a larger circumference and closes the container. Using the handle attached in the center, the center of the lid is lifted, springs back to its original state, and is open again.
The handle can be designed as an individual highlight with a decorative stone, button, tab, etc., according to your wishes. Your logo can also be easily integrated.
